AUTO LPG DISPENSING STATIONS
•
Tank Gauging : We are providing with a complete range of tank gauging with remote digital indicator for Above Ground tank level, safety relief valve, secondary ROTO gauge and high level alarm & switch. All cost is included in the quotation, whatever the choice of tank you make.
• Road Tanker Unloading System : The system includes smart Hoses, isolation valves & necessary piping connection & safety arrangements.
• Fire Fighting Equipment : As per the safety rules, we shall supply the fire fighting equipment. The required equipment is two Fire Fighting extinguishers of 75 Kg & 10 Kg of Dry Chemical Powder
(DCP) type.
• Control Panel : As per system requirements. It is a solution to two potential problems-dry Run &
^ cavitation. It is a pressure- based system & gives feedback to the control box when to run or stop the pump operation.
• Air Compressor with Pneumatic Remote Operated
Valve System : The remote actuated valve are air actuated & are of Normally Closed (NC) type. Air compressor is used to pressurize the pneumatic line to actuate the NC remote operated Valve.
• Air Dispenser : We are providing with a state of the art. Air dispenser
specially manufactured as per Globe Gas design.
• LPG Piping & Instrumentation : Piping from from Dispenser to Tank and compressor line shall be of schedule 80 type. We have piping as specified Meters. Excess lengths would have to be procured locally & in BOM would be to client account.
• Entire Electrical System & Cables,
Wires : All the electrical connections from the control room & to the components of dispensing station shall be under the scope of Globe Gas. The scope limit to the electrical cabling from the supply point to the control room or electrical cabling for illumination of the dispensing station.
• Civil Work : All civil work is to be done by client & cost is not included in the quotation.
• Testing & Commissioning : Testing & commissioning of the Dispensing
Station holds a very high importance. It includes various intermittent inspection checks for ensuring safety. Globe Gas shall get the safety assured for the dispensing station under rule 33. This certification shall be done by a competent person.
